nongnu: Add ncurses-with-tinfo@5.
Upstream Guix no longer provides ncurses@5 so it's copied over here. See https://issues.guix.gnu.org/54881. * nongnu/packages/ncurses.scm: New file. * nongnu/packages/ncurses.scm (ncurses-5, ncurses/tinfo-5): New variables. Signed-off-by: Jonathan Brielmaier <jonathan.brielmaier@web.de>
