* Update extensions/GrowthExperiments from branch 'wmf/1.40.0-wmf.12'

- Fix UserDatabaseHelper::hasMainspaceEdits()
It was supposed to check if the first 1000 edits include any
mainspace edits, but it checked whether the user has 1000 mainspace
edits in total, which neither achieved the performance goal of
guaranteeing no more than $limit rows scanned, nor gave a correct
answer for users with $limit or more mainspace edits.
Follows up I58527fc8bbcc1eb537fdd5587a01271c1e0f2c3e, reverts
Ia36006273147d32a23f0b7351d69fb03f0fd4ddf.
