ddb: Print scheduling information.
* ddb/db_print.c (OPTION_SCHED): New macro.
(db_print_thread): Display scheduling information if the flag is
given.
(db_print_task): Adapt.
(db_show_all_threads): Parse new modifier.
(db_show_one_thread): Likewise.
* doc/mach.texi: Document the new flag.
