Move -D__ASSEMBLY__ to general AM_CCASFLAGS
Since it is used not only by linux bits.
* linux/Makefrag.am (liblinux_a_CCASFLAGS): Remove -D__ASSEMBLY__
* Makefile.am (AM_CCASFLAGS): Add -D__ASSEMBLY__
